Self Care Workshop
Presented by the Wellbeing Service
Learn what self-care is and how it can support your mental wellbeing.
Explore your current self-care activities and identify areas you may wish to develop.
Learn how others practice self-care.
Understand how self compassion is a crucial component of self-care.
This workshop will be bilingual and facilitated by counsellor Llinos Morris.
The workshop will involve group discussions.

- 25/03/2025 (9:30am – 11:30am) – Mandala Pebble
Students are welcome to attend all the workshops or to select individual sessions of interest.
