Course Content
What will you study on this course?
There will be 8 weeks of sessions with 2 hours a week of practical help and advice.
The course will cover:
- Understanding why some children struggle to learn to read and write
- Encouraging reading at home
- Reading with your child and asking questions about the book
- Activities to help learn phonics and spelling rules
- Helping your child with their self-confidenceÌý
- Supporting your child's Welsh or English educationÌý
- A chance to ask questions and chat with other parents and carers.
